All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the ps999 sportsbook. Cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral international series — are governed by the applicable cricket betting rules. No official partnership with the PCB, any PSL franchise, the ICC or any other sports body is implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ps999, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
ps999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. ps999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues or force majeure events.
ps999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
